All classes 90 minutes at The Scout Hut – HA4 8UD. Just off Oak Grove carpark, right
next door to the Eastcote Community Association.

  • Tuesdays at 10.00am – 11.15am
  • Fridays at 10.00am – 11.15am

Online Zoom Classes

  • Tuesday evenings 20.00-21.15

In the Studio Classes
My studio classes encourage a “non verbal” dialogue between me and the student. I invite the students to do a posture or some breathwork but it is merely an invitation.  What best serves their needs, today? Do more and go the extra mile? Work from a chair? Take less repetitions or breaths than the number suggested? Ultimately the student is the curator of their own practice. This is essential to any practice of yoga, a journey of transformation which takes the practitioner to a closer relationship with themselves: body, breath and mind.

Zoom Classes
Of course, during Covid we all relied  totally on Zoom or online classes. We had no choice. However, online classes play a valuable role in yoga classes today. Perhaps you live far from any class that suits your needs? On holiday or travelling for work and want to maintain your weekly practice? Car in the garage and no transport to your usual studio venue? It is amazing what energy can be generated during a virtual class. When we practice together, even remotely,  we unconsciously fall into step, we move in sync; our neural activity synthesises. This deepens our social connection and shared energy. The space is held, despite the physical distance between the practitioners. It is palpable.

One to One
Feeling rusty? Joints creaky? Bit nervous to go back to a studio class? Your schedule is not settled and you’re unable to commit to a regular class? One to one could be an option, either in your home or remotely. I offer a free 30 minute session to explore together what serves your needs best.
